I used to buy the Kashi GoLean ROLLS in bulk at CostCo – those were GOOD. And I say were because I’m pretty sure I used to eat ~2/day and definitely burn out on them. Might have to find my way back to one soon.. they would be perfect on the bike!

I say do what you find the most rewarding. They are all long hauls for education. I think you will be able to combine your passions with running in each of those paths. Personally, I do think making the leap for medical school was worth it. It has especially been a recession proof career.

Yup! Costco bought for me too. It gets me in and out of the kitchen quickly so I don’t get tempted to cook bacon or something.
