Pain Is Gain
Finished up a good set of 3X12 Zone 5 last night and rounded it out with some Zone 3 work for a full hour. Sweating like a dog, but the numbers were good. Holding about 175 watts through each set. After wards, has some discomfort again in the lower right back and right inguinal ligament. I just take that as a sign of a good workout. Today is another sunny day out here, but alas, still too cold to venture out on the bike. Will get back on again for some 5X 4X30/30s at 120% effort. That means 4 sets 30 seconds hard followed by 30 seconds recovery five times. Good way to work the fast twitch muscles.
Diet is holding good this week. Looks like I may have 2 pounds already.
