Short and Sweet
Its been a while since Ive had to do short 30 second intervals, and it was a refreshing break from the longer intervals the team has been doing lately. Went 30 seconds at 120% followed by 30 seconds at 80%. Repeated this 4 times to make a set. Repeated the sets 5 times. Finished up in 85% (Zone 3) for a total of an hour. A great ride all around today.
