Ironvan + Wrench = Half Built Swingset in 11 hours.

Triathlon has a way of putting everything in a different perspective. Take today for example. My day consisted of 11 hours straight of building the ultimate in swing-set for my family. After a knuckle tearing day, how did I decide to end it? With a 45 minute tempo ride on the trainer. Im just glad it wasnt 17 hours.

Tomorrow, hopefully completion will be made with the swingset and I will get some much needed tempo time on the trainer. Hoping to put a 2 hour ride in followed by a nice easy 4-5 mile run outside. Might even get to the pool if I can. Really depends on how much Espresso I can find here in Kalispell.

Overall, training has been going great. Im steadily making my way to the 6 minute mile mark and the new running form played out well two days ago.

Okay, even I need my sleep.
