Just Keep Swimming…

My training schedule has 3 days of swimming this week. Seems like I went from barely any swimming in the off season to full on schedule pretty quickly. Today, had an endurance workout, total of 2300yards. Started out with 200yd warm up. 100yd kick. Then 5X200yd, decreasing time each 50y. Time for 200’s averaged around 3:30-3:15. Then on to 6X100y at 1:30-1:38 (T Pace minus 6-14 seconds). Finished with 8X50y, alternating fast and slow.

Felt pretty good despite swimming two days in a row and pushing the reel mower around last night while sprinting. The only thing is that I wish I had unpinned my locker key from my towel before drying my back. Now it looks like I was clawed by a werewolf.
