Not Quite Florida, But Just As Good
Back in the pool today for a quickie over lunch. It may not be bathed in heat and sunlight like the pool in Florida, but at least I don’t have to worry about colliding with a sun bathing Floridian floating around with a Pina Colada in one hand. Okay, at least I don’t have to worry as much. Never done this set before, but its what the plan ordered. 200 warm up, 100 kick. 25 sprint, 75 easy. 50 sprint, 50 easy. 75 sprint, 75 easy, 100 sprint, 50 easy. Repeat. Then 300×2 at T+3 (1:45/100y). 100 kick. 2000y total. Felt pretty good today…must be something extra in my coffee.
Tomorrow, I go under the microscope at the gym. We have a brand new cardiopulmonary test setup, and I’m going to be a guinea pig for it. Will be nice to get some variables and compare it to some of the other metrics Ive been using. Hopefully, my boss wont crank up the voltage and fry me.
