New Style

Finally broke out the allen wrenches and went at the bike setup today. Every since getting great feedback from TTBikefit.com, I have been adjusting things a bit. I was feeling a little too far behind the crank, even with the seat all the way forward. Lucky me, I have the Cervelo reversible seat post, so I flipped it around and here is what we have:

So far the results are looking promising. Where I was normally in my highest gear, comfortably turning about 70-80 rpms at around 210w, I’m now in my second highest gear pushing the same watts. Holding watts in aero is much easier also. Of course, this will all be mute if my back gives out or something over the next few sessions. Time will tell….
