Thank You NBC

There are two important yearly dates for most triathletes. 1st, the day of the Ironman in Kona. Second, the day the Ironman comes on TV in December. Despite our growth, were still not a mainstream sport so, its always a fun time when we get our own little 2 hours on NBC. Plus, you cant ever get enough Mike Rowe.

So today was that day on TV, and as always, I set up my bike in front of the trainer, hoping to get in some extra mojo from the TV coverage. While this year’s show wasn’t the most exciting Ive ever seen, it didn’t disappoint in the motivation department. Here’s the damage from the day:
