Friday Happy Hour
Quick Update, main post comes tomorrow. Knee still hurting so I have been resting it since doing a run on Wed. At that time, went 2X20 min around 7:50 followed by 2X20 min at 7:40. Total of about 5.1 miles in 40minutes. That “conservative” workout put the hurt back.
Thursday, hit the pool again for a quick 2000y. Things feeling better since I have been swimming more regularly.
Today, got in another 2000y in the pool. Faster still. Feeling like my form is finally coming back. This evening, hit the trainer for some ABP to get my legs loosened up for tomorrow:
