Wandering Eureka

I spent the last two nights up in Eureka, Montana and it was great to just wander around with the family. No running shoes, speedo, or bike in tote. Just a truck, the family, and a whole lot of marshmallows, graham crackers, and Hershey chocolate bars. Here are a few scenes from the adventure.

Nothing better.

Flooding in these parts. This submerged picnic table was both calming and slightly eerie at the same time.

This fence serves as the Canadian border about 200 yards west of the official crossing.

Key to business: Wildlife themed signs.

If you’re hungry, really hungry, and in Eureka, visit the Powderhorn Cafe for the best sandwich in this part of the solar system.
